For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created on our Platform, through which investment activities are conducted.
• "Investment Plan" refers to any of the structured portfolio products offered on our Platform with specified returns, durations, and minimum capital requirements.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to comply with international financial regulations.
• "AML" stands for Anti-Money Laundering — the set of laws, regulations, and procedures designed to prevent criminals from disguising illegally obtained funds as legitimate income.
• "Force Majeure" means unforeseeable circumstances that prevent fulfillment of obligations, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, market crises, or cyber attacks on infrastructure.

By registering for an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any country subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, European Union, United Kingdom, or United States.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly update such information as necessary.
• You are the lawful owner of all funds deposited into your Account, and such funds are not derived from illegal activities.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

Our Investment Plans are structured financial products with defined parameters. By committing capital to any Investment Plan, you acknowledge:

• All investment returns are calculated based on the specific plan parameters (ROI percentage, duration, minimum/maximum amounts) displayed on the Platform at the time of investment.
• Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to market conditions, fund performance, and the collective investment strategy executed by our portfolio management team.
• Plan durations commence from the moment your deposit is confirmed on the blockchain or payment network, not from the time of order placement.
• Early withdrawal of invested capital before the plan duration concludes may incur penalties as specified in the plan terms, up to and including forfeiture of accrued returns.

All financial transactions on the Platform are governed by the following rules:

• Deposits: Funds must be transferred using the payment methods and wallet addresses provided by the Platform. Deposits sent to incorrect addresses are not recoverable.
• Minimum Deposits: Each Investment Plan specifies a minimum deposit amount. Deposits below this threshold will not activate a plan and may be subject to administrative return fees.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed instantly
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification tier. Higher tiers require enhanced KYC verification.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or through the Platform:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or artificially influence asset prices.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, conducting denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering, or any form of unauthorized access to our systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent investment limits, referral limits, or security controls.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any interaction with our support team.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without explicit written authorization.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds where permitted by law, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content, features, and functionality available on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, and the design and arrangement thereof — are the exclusive property of ZenithTrust Vault, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZenithTrust Vault, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Platform in violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your Account or use of the Platform.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.
• Withhold funds pending investigation of potentially prohibited activity, in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.
• Discontinue or modify the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

• Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations for a period of at least 30 days.
• Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and be conducted in English.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• Email notification to the address associated with your Account at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
• A prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 30 days.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the changes take effect.
